Hi guys, it seems that our fulfilment strategy has turned out to be a bit of a lottery. Some of the books have arrived in perfect condition while others have arrived with a fair amount of damage. We've never had this problem before but this is the first time we've had to ship nearly a thousand books, so it's been a steep learning curve for us. Nevertheless, we accept full responsibility. Therefore, if any of you received damaged books please let us know. We know how much you were all looking forward to the anthology so we really want to make things right.
