Kadumiya is a sci-fi graphic novel for teens created by Nuwaupian teenage sensation Yamartat Ta! Ok, she's no longer a teenager, but she was while creating the first two books. Book 1 will be featured in Volume Two of the Kugali Anthology and book 2 will eventually show up in a future volume of our Anthology. She tells us her origin story in this interview.

Hey guys, as promised when we announced the second volume of the Anthology a few days ago, we're going to be releasing interviews with the creators of the comics we'll be featuring in November. No better place to start than one of the first comics we ever published, Razorman. It was featured in Kugali Magazine Issue Zero, the first (black and white) thing we ever printed! Razorman is an awesome mashup of African, Manga and superhero influences, and will be returning in the November volume of the Anthology. Here's our interview with the creator, Bill Salazar Masuku
Hi guys! So the title says it all but before we talk about the new books, we'd like to apologize once more to the few people who still haven't received their books yet, and to those who received their books in a badly damaged condition. Wew have sent out replacement shipments. This accounts for less than 3% of our backers, but we'll do everything in our power to make that 0% next time.
The next volumes of the Anthology will be launching sometime in November. Over the next few weeks, we will be announcing the featured comics and posting interviews with the featured creators. If you were looking forward to continuing some of the stories you started reading in the first volume of the Anthology, don't worry. We will release an Anthology every quarter, and some of the stories are scheduled to return in the February or June Anthologies.

Hi guys! This weekend makes it 7 weeks since we shipped out the rewards to backers. Our courier told us it could take up to 7 weeks for everyone to receive their books, seeing as we were shipping worldwide. By now, everyone should have gotten their rewards.
